I booked a massage with Zoe as a treat after a busy month and it was the by far the most enjoyable and accomplished I’ve had for a long while. The best thing was that after an initial chat, the massage was completely tailored for me. Throughout, she ensured I was comfortable with the pressure, warmth (hot stones..a revelation) and relaxed. Needless to say, I have booked again!

I would highly recommend Zoe. She provides a calm and welcoming environment for her clients, and has such a professional, considered and compassionate approach to her work. My particular experience is of her work using myofascial release therapy - it was new to me and proved to be a magical release!

When the Myofascial release treatment began I was amazed both by how little Zoe seemed to be doing and how strongly I reacted to it. I left the session feeling lighter and able to move more easily. What I also noticed was that the effects of the treatment continued days afterwards. As my course of treatment progressed, the effects became cumulative. I was moving better, sleeping better, waking with less stiffness and generally feeling better in my body. I would recommend this to anyone.
