I’ve had Reiki with someone else before but only lasted a few sessions.
I found Emma’s page and decided to give reiki another go and Im so glad I did!
The room is lovely and Emma straight away made me feel at ease. By the second session, I fell asleep (this in itself is a miracle ha!).
I am really benefiting going to weekly sessions at the moment. Emma is easy to talk to and I would highly recommend her!

I met Emma at a yoga event and straight away she made me feel at ease. The class was easy to follow and the breathing techniques really helped me get in the right frame of mind. I felt like I gained so much from the short class that I booked Reiki with Emma and it was such an eye opener. Thoroughly enjoyed my first session of Reiki with Emma at Z3N D3N. I went into it with an open mind, but not sure what to expect from the experience, and came away feeling peaceful, relaxed and uplifted.
Emma talked me through the session and identified where I may be experiencing blockages. I experienced seeing colours, images and feeling the warmth of the energy moving through my body. Emma helped open up my crown chakra and that evening I received messages through vivid dreams.
Such a lovely experience, and would encourage anyone who feels they’re experiencing barriers in their life, or who just wants to relax and recharge to give it a go.
