Fantastic Osteopath. Highly Recommended... I went to Hellie at Urban Health a year after suffering a painful hip injury that led to chronic pain and mobility issues that NHS physio did not help. 3 sessions with Hellie have made a massive difference to my quality of life. I am no longer in constant pain (so I no longer need painkillers), I can walk further, stand longer and have significantly increased mobility (basically, I have my life back!). Above all, Hellie is a exceptionally caring, knowledgable and excellent practitioner - she took a really thorough history and listened at each step, both treating hands on and giving me simple targeted exercises for each of my areas of pain/concerns, all of which have improved massively as a result. I can highly recommend Hellie as a warm, caring and skilful practitioner who helped me get moving again, pain free.

I visited Jen at Urban Health to help sort a tricky case of patellar tendinitis. She’s knowledgeable, thoughtful and a very thorough professional. She gets to the heart of the injury and what you need to do to recover. No nonsense, just great advice from a nice person. Definitely recommend.

I had a problem with my neck & shoulder, Jenny quickly reassured me she could relief the discomfort.
I left feeling much better with lots more movement & exercises to do at home.
Jenny was friendly but professional.
Have returned for follow up appointments & maintenance.

I have visited Will for osteo treatment on my chest, back, and hips, and the experience was nothing short of amazing!
From the very first session, I noticed a significant improvement in my mobility and a reduction in the persistent discomfort I had been feeling for months. Will is a great Osteopath, very professional and caring.
