Genuinely terrible and absolutely useless. CMHRS has been one of the most disorganised, unresponsive, and frankly negligent services I've ever had to deal with. I've been in crisis multiple times, including hospitalisation, and they've either not followed up, ignored emails and calls, or promised things that never happened.

They don't listen, they don't act, and they don't seem to care. You're left chasing them constantly while you're at your lowest - which completely defeats the purpose of a mental health support service. I've had to rely on university staff and my own sheer persistence just to survive, while CMHRS sits back doing nothing.

Avoid if you can. Absolutely disgraceful system. This entire place needs restructuring.

This is the absolute worst mental health care service I have witnessed. Firstly, the staff are under-qualified and seem to have very poor medical knowledge. Secondly, talking to the doctors and staff was dreadful. They are lazy, ignorant, and give terrible advice and have honestly worsened the mental health of their patient. I am not criticising the place as a whole, but am criticising some of the workers and mainly the people who oversee decisions such as hiring and prescribing.

This has been the most appalling mental health service I have ever encountered. There needs to be a big change in either the staff or higher ups of this CMRHS branch because this one is just awful. Interacting with both the doctors and staff was an awful experience—they are dismissive, unhelpful, and provide shockingly poor advice, ultimately doing more harm than good to their patients. And last but not least, the worst staff member I have ever crossed paths with is Shamala. I am not sure of her surname, but she should not work in the mental health care department. She can possibly be a danger to the patients with how counterproductive and abhorrent her advice is. In times of need, she somehow made me even more depressed.

Severely went down hill when the psychiatrist dr ging left. Care coordinator Miriam seriously lacks compassion for her job and ultimately shouldn’t be in the job role she is. Before dr ging left I couldn’t fault the facility. Such a shame

Nice new building. When approaching from Abbots Way, the visitor car park is on the right, just beyond the roundabout on Curfew Bell Road however, many services are at the rear of the building, requiring you to walk 30 meters back up Curfew Bell Road.
