First time went to Oxford decided to go cold turkey after 19 days a friend also attended there saying I was really ill one of the doctors decided to put me on the green wrong choice I had something completely major loads of surgery nice. Back to didcot never lied to them clean test for many months went on a beno with a mate forgot to pick my meth up saw a doctor explained clean test treated like a kid back to weekly pickup degrading never was believed I got stronger tablets at home were I don't have to stand there for ages and be watched their are rules but stop judging every body the same way

I have been under the care of this team for years they have always done there very best to help me a guide me in my recovery they have always been understanding and listened to what i had to say and just today gone above and beyond in the effort to help me through a bad time my keyworker has been honset and upfront in telling me what i needed to hear even when i didnt always want to hear it i would give them more than 5 stars if you find yourself suffering with drink or drugs problems these are the people you need to recover

Husband has been going there for years and he is still no closer to getting clean… They are completely useless and should be closed! He has just gone from one addiction to the other… The staff there are all ex addicts and are too lenient with people that attend… The place is a disgrace and the fact they enable addicts is disgusting

Excellent place, really helpful members of staff who are very understanding and caring. They give great advice and try thier best to help you better your life. Can't describe how good of service Turning Point is. They brilliant.
