I recently completed a Core Transformation program, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Before starting this journey, I struggled with bingeing on social media, often wasting hours mindlessly scrolling through feeds. It was a frustrating cycle; after long, exhausting days, I turned to my phone for a supposed escape, only to find that it left me feeling more drained and dissatisfied. Working with Renata was a game-changer. Through guided exercises and insightful discussions, I was able to identify the trigger that led me to seek solace in social media. The transformation has been remarkable! I’ve successfully reduced my online time by more than half, and I now feel in control of my choices. Instead of mindlessly scrolling, I find myself engaging in more fulfilling activities that truly provide the rest and rejuvenation I was seeking. If you’re struggling with similar issues, I highly recommend Core Transformation coaching. It has not only helped me regain control over my time but has also improved my overall well-being. Thank you for this incredible experience!

I would like to thank Renata for her amazing approach and journey deep into myself using hypnosis. The methods I used earlier to deal with the problems did not bring long-term results. I decided to try something different than conventional methods. After 8 sessions with Renata, I went on an amazing journey deep into myself. The result is changes that continue to occur after the meetings are completed, improving the quality of life. I definitely recommend Renata as a person worth using this method based on knowledge and sensitivity. Remigiusz

I’ve just completed a series of sessions with Renata, and have seen really positive results so far and feel amazing. Not only was the therapy extremely helpful but I really enjoyed myself, Renata was really easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during my time with her. Would highly recommend!.

I Had 8 weeks weight loss sessions and at first I was sceptical about it all, but it was fantastic. I lost weight and gained control of my diabetes and high blood pressure . I would recommend this to anyone that is struggling with there weight . Very happy with my progress and my weight is still dropping and under control .

One of the best decisions I ever made To meet Renarta.. why didn't I do this sooner ..Renarta is nurturing and honest and plans for you as the individual you are, trust the process no matter how much it seems like no immediate change or those moments of I don't see what difference this will make..... ,the end result is amazing, postive, and subtle and continues to embed change after you have finished.....would recommend a trip to Renarta
