I’ve worked with Tracy for a while now to address my previous struggles with drug and alcohol addiction, as well as some deep-rooted mental health challenges that were impacting my relationship. The experience has been nothing short of life-changing. She has an incredible way of helping me see things from a fresh perspective, and each session leaves me feeling more hopeful. I genuinely look forward to our sessions, knowing that no matter what troubles I face, Tracy will guide me to understand and overcome them. I couldn’t be more grateful for the support I’ve received over the years and highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and effective counselling.

Really disappointing experience with Tracy. Getting therapy is an extremely personal and emotional journey and it takes courage to seek support, Tracy showed a lack of empathy from the beginning and unprofessionalism. From being made to fill in forms at her home for 10 minutes of the session, whilst she sat in silence which is incredibly awkward when you have first met someone for therapy, to being unreasonable about rescheduling even though the required notice was given bar two hours, to telling off my partner on a therapy session for not paying her early enough, which made us both feel uncomfortable bear in mind this was at the beginning of a session we had paid for.

When we gave this feedback to Tracy she wasn’t interested in resolving it and said we should have used our therapy session which is about us to talk about her bringing up the payment, and took accountability on her part.

We now feel disheartened, and sad that we shared as much as we did with Tracy in our sessions and feel weary about seeking support again.

I booked couples therapy with Tracey a few months back and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. I could only manage two sessions as the sessions I had with her were very biased on to what my partner said. I did book a third session but couldn't go to that as I felt slightly traumatised by the first two. But my partner went by herself to the third session and I have just discovered tonight that Tracey told me partner that I was autistic. She has never met me personally before and can only go by the very unnerving first two sessions that I had with her. How dare she give that kind of diagnosis to my partner! I'm not autistic and have never been told or diagnosed as being autistic in my whole life. Yeah I may have been defensive in the two sessions as I was being attacked by partner but I don't think two sessions is enough for her to know who I am and what I'm like. Extremely disappointed with her services

Tracy is brilliant, very understanding but most of all listens. Very welcoming person and makes you feel comfortable. Her help and guidance saved my marriage. Obviously might not work for everyone but for anyone wanting to try I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracy.

I have been Tracy’s clinical supervisor for 9 years. I have always found Tracy to be open, honest and trustworthy. She is an excellent person centred / integrative counsellor. Over the years I have referred many clients on to Tracy, from whom I have only ever received positive feedback. Tracy’s work at all times is ethical and professional.
