Edited over 2 years later to add - Therapy Pod is the absolute most lovely wellness studio I’ve ever been to, I’ve been a loyal client since my first review and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Emma is incredible - warm, welcoming and talented. The genuine best massages I’ve ever had, every time 🙂

Absolutely wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage with Kate - definitely recommend and will be back soon! Lovely person and lovely place too, I felt really comfortable and relaxed 🙂

Emma always knows how to make me go away feeling lighter. I usually arrive scrunched up with very tight shoulders and knots. Each session Emma will happily tailor to my needs, spending time where I need the focus the most. The aromatherapy oil mixes she creates are so lovely and incredibly relaxing. I can highly recommend it.

I arranged a 60 minute bespoke massage with Emma after receiving a voucher for Christmas. The whole experience was wonderful.
The area was warm and cosily decorated, and Emma was lovely. I chose the bespoke massage as I wasn't sure what I wanted at the time of booking, and I still wasn't sure when I arrived! I mentioned a couple of areas of aches and pains and Emma suggested to focus on those but with a full body massage as well - and checked there weren't any body parts in the plan that I wasn't comfortable with being touched.
I was able to choose between three suggested aromas which were all lovely. The bed was heated which was gorgeous, and it was also very comfy. When the massage began, Emma checked I was comfortable with the pressure, and the massage was super relaxing and a great start to my weekend. Thank you so much! 🙂

Emma and her team are FANTASTIC! I have been going to Emma for a couple of years now for regular treatments and she is absolutely brilliant. Tailors the massage to exactly what I need and I always come away feeling so much better for it. Not just a massage either, always an opportunity to discuss what's going on for me and anything that's bothering me - I feel like Emma is my counsellor too! Absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend 🙂

Emma is a consummate professional and you are made to feel comfortable and safe at all times. I told you I'd be back, and I'm so glad I returned! With the cold and miserable weather bringing on the winter blues, I was desperately in need of some cozy relaxation.

Stepping into their tranquil oasis felt like escaping to a warm aromatherapy winter wonderland, where I could forget all about the gloomy British weather. I decided to indulge in an aromatherapy facial, and let me tell you, it was an absolute game-changer.

As I settled into the treatment room, I felt the stresses of everyday life melt away. The soothing scents and gentle touch of the aromatherapy oils transported me to a place of pure bliss. I couldn't help but space out and zone out, allowing Kristi, the talented therapist, to work her magic.

The aromatherapy facial was a true treat for my senses. Not only did it leave my skin feeling rejuvenated and nourished, but it also provided a much-needed mental and emotional reset. Kristi's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire experience, ensuring that every moment was tailored to my needs.

If you're feeling the winter blues like I was, I highly recommend treating yourself. Let Kristi take those stresses away and allow yourself to come back feeling anew. Trust me, you won't regret it.
