As a lazy vegan with a few minor health issues I knew I needed the help of a nutritionist to ensure I was nourishing my body. Rose is an absolute expert in her field, a font of general health knowledge. I worked with her for 16 weeks, the right amount of time for her new menus to stick and it become second nature to cook from scratch. Far quicker and easier than I imagined. Whilst my niggles improved my meat eating husband has embraced a plant based diet, banning dairy from the house and cutting out his fast foods as he enjoyed the menu plans so much! Can't thank Rose enough, highly recommend.

I reached out to Rose because I wanted a meal plan that would aid in healing stomach issues I had been dealing with. Let me tell you the meal plan she gave me completely changed the way I eat, how I feel on a daily basis and the way I treat my body. I went from eating fast food on a daily basis to eating delicious homemade plant based meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, my stomach feels much better, the food I eat is delicious and much more satisfying then my previous diet, and I know I always have an expert nutritionist I can reach out to for help. I would recommend Rose’s services to anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle!
