Mel is absolutely lovely and a fantastic therapist. She did a session of reiki, cleansing, tapping and NLP. Each session is tailored to the individual so just session was perfect for helping me specifically. Many of these techniques were new to me but Mel explained them all and how her treatments work. The session was fabulous. I feel more grounded and have new things to focus on to help me with self care. Mel gave me a great insight into different things that were affecting my brain, body, soul, emotions etc. She is a very talented therapist, you’re in safe and very knowledgeable hands. Would 100% recommend.
