For anyone that wants to understand their child's emotions better, how to handle challenging tantrums, and how to foster deeper connection, then I'd highly recommend Olivia and her Positive Parenting programme. After struggling with my son's volatile emotions and tantrums, and poor sleeping pattern, Olivia was brilliant straight from the initial consultation. Whilst it's so easy to feel like you're failing as a parent and not meeting your kids' needs when things get challenging or handling situations correctly, Olivia is great at validating your feelings, explaining what your kid is going through and why, and most importantly, how to respond appropriately to meet their needs whilst maintaining boundaries. You can tell Olivia listens intently on the check-in calls, because the post-call notes were incredibly detailed and all centred upon actions. Life with my son felt a lot calmer as the programme went on, and we are far better equipped now at handling his tantrums, with a clearer strategy on how to improve his sleep. Thanks Olivia!

We sought Olivia’s help when we were struggling with getting our daughter to have baths and also adjusting to a new baby brother. We had her 1:1 coaching package with 6 weeks of support. Olivia was lovely to chat to, so knowledgeable and gave lots of practical ideas and actionable steps we could use to help with the issues. It felt like she really knew the psychology of it all really well, drawing from science and evidence, so we felt in safe hands. She really helped to normalise everything too and helped us to relax about things, see the journey we were on and become more accepting of the situation. All in all, we had some great success with her approach, and tools we can use on an ongoing basis. Olivia was warm and approachable and we would thoroughly recommend!

We have just completed 8 weeks of 1-1 coaching and support with Olivia. I can not recommend Olivia highly enough! The changes we have seen have been exceptional. Having Olivia on hand whenever we’ve needed her has been so reassuring and really helped us to make the changes we needed to support out daughter with her strong emotions and feelings following family bereavement. Before speaking with Olivia I was worried that we might need to change our entire parenting style to something completely alien to us and that this wouldn’t be achievable or maintainable. I needn’t have worried, Olivia listened and was so switched on to what we needed and what would work for us, we have made some big changes but with Olivia’s support and guidance we haven’t found this difficult or alien at all. I love how Olivia’s guidance and advice is all so logical and backed up with research and science. Many of the things we have learnt now seem so obvious and make so much sense, but without Olivia it just wouldn’t have occurred to us! I have a much better connection with my daughter, I feel much better equipped to manage difficult situations and I have a much better understanding of why our daughter reacts in certain ways and how to support her with that.
