Helen has created a wonderfully calm and peaceful oasis for her retreats and other courses. Her yoga teaching is excellent and she conveys a sense of tranquility and positivity. The Lotus Sanctuary garden is thoughtfully designed with different spaces that enable you to relax and connect with nature. The homemade lunches made with organic vegetables sourced from the garden were really delicious. I can really say that I came away feeling fully energised and recharged. I will definitely be back!

Gorgeous place. Best place I've been to in Oxford area. I can't believe how Helen has managed to build this place. All the times I've been here, I just don't want to leave. Very peaceful and quiet place. Thank you Helen for all the events you have done so far and kind to let us attend them.

A lovely place to visit. So tranquil and wonderfully maintained. An excellent lunch with home grown organic vegetables and a wonderful retreat with my first experience of a Gong Bath! Thanks so much Helen.

I just have been there, and it was a beautiful experience. The place is simply beautiful, calm and tranquil with a lot of nature around. The silence is amazing. I really feel at home in my staying. So much love that they share with all of us. I really recomend this Sanctuary for everyone. Thank you, Thank you, thank you for everything.
