The Keep Calm Guy - Life Coach & Career Coach - Brentwood

I became interested in getting some coaching after moving on from a long term role. I wanted to take some time to reflect on what I had done and have a clearer understanding of what I wanted to do next. I felt that getting support from a coach would ensure I tackled the tough questions and didn't duck from them. I was also aware there were aspects of this journey I would need guidance on, and maybe things that needed to be covered that I was not aware of. Bill did not disappoint! I was fortunate enough to have my sessions in person. Bill created a relaxed atmosphere, and we were able to use his process to examine what it was I have enjoyed about my work and life so that I could build a picture of what I should focus on for the future. I'm so pleased I made the decision to embrace coaching, and I am also very lucky to have Bill as my guide through this. I now have a clear picture of what I want to invest my time in for this next chapter of my life. Many of us understand what we do, and how we do it. Bill helped my further understand "why" I do what I do, and what gives me enjoyment. This has been one of the most valuable lessons in my life thus far. Thank you Bill

I contacted Bill when work started to take over my life and burnout threatened. I am very glad that I did so. In our coaching sessions he helped me to step back and gain clarity and objectivity about my business. He made helpful suggestions on how to take pressure off in the short term and improve things in the long term. Bill is calm, thoughtful and emotionally literate. I would highly recommend him.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time so far with Bill, I read through the previous reviews before writing this and can safely say they are all accurate and consistent with my experience. He is a great listener for starters, helps you question your own thoughts to gain clarity on a subject and create your own plan to move forward. I wasn't overly sure about life coaching before I started but I have noticed a big difference in myself and my outlook on things. Thanks Bill

No matter what life threw at me Bill has always been there with the most kind, appropriate, knowledgeable, friendly and sincere support I could have ever asked for. Since knowing Bill and benefitting from his experience, calmness and guidance my family has gone from strength to strength by understanding and supporting each other better. I wish everyone would have the opportunity to further themselves thanks to someone like Bill. Thank you

In the time I have known and had the pleasure to be coached by Bill, it has become clear he is what he says – he is the Keep Calm guy. Bill asks the right questions, picks up the non-verbal signals and challenges in a very calm and personable way. He is authentic and professional and has helped me to progress a number of issues/topics. I look forward to continue working with Bill in the future. Thanks Bill.

Bill Mann's book How to Keep Calm and Carry On is a helpful guide on how to navigate through deep change, whether personal or professional. It will help you understand your emotions, self-reflect and become more self-aware. I highly recommend it!
