I absolutely loved having Dr Anna Forbes as my doctor. She has a rare combination of knowledge, presence and an ability to lift you up and motivate you like no other doctor I've met. I can not recommend her enough.

Anna is the angel sent to save me. I first saw Dr Anna in Feb 22 for RA and FM and it was the best thing I have ever done in my life. Initally diet changes and then I was then put on MIT after blood test, amazingly the pain start to go after just 2 weeks of starting treatment. After 15 years on being near bed bound I was able to start getting on again, Anna has supported me since then with everything that has shown up that were masked by the RA and FM symptons and more. I didn't relize how bad I actually was and how much that was wrong could be sorted, I've run out of fingers to count what Anna has done for me. Anna is so knowledgeable and allways goes beyond expectations. I had trouble with damage to my hip from a fall and Anna suggested a treatment which didn't go as expected. Anna took it upon herself to figure out that I have EMHS/EHS from this. I've had it all my life and never even heard of it but now with the knowledge of what it is I can now moderate it a lot beter. Now I'm up and about and getting on as a 20 year younger me, I've lost 4 to 6 inches off my waist, gained a little weight that I needed and mussle tone. Life around me has also improved as now my partner can get on with her life instead of being my carer. I'm able to help our children with things that I couldn't have with RA, even an engine replacement saving one son thousands. I'm able to work on my own cars again once again saving me thousands over the last year. I can take better care of and do more with my dogs, 5k cross country walks are now possible again. Dr Anna has literally saved me from festering away in bed for the rest of my life, and turned me around to be one of the healthiest for my age. So to sum up, RA, FM, Imflamed stomach, EMHS/EHS, Battery mouth, Leaky sinus, and at least 3 other problems all sorted in under 18 months. I will never be able to show my full appreciation for what you have done for me and the support given, you truely are an angel in disquise.

I recently had a Body-Typing or Biochemical Individualism consultation with Dr Anna Forbes. It was a brilliant consultation. Her professional knowledge, warmth and generosity of time are absolutely exemplary. I truly felt listened to and Dr Forbes took her time to explain and expand on things that needed explaining. At no point during the consultation did I feel rushed or inhibited to ask questions as Dr Forbes has a great ability to connect with patients and put them at ease. It was a pleasure to have this consultation and I consider myself privileged to have known Dr Forbes. All in all, full marks for an excellent service delivered by a very accomplished doctor and beautiful inside and out.

Dr Anna Forbes is highly skilled Integrative Medical doctor. The Plasmolifting she offered helped me to enormously reduce the hip pain from an old injury. I highly recommend it to anyone suffering arthritis, inflammation issues and more as it is completely safe using your own blood plasma, very quick therapy and easy to receive in a short session. I had the ultimate detox program drips with Dr Anna about a month ago and I'm loving the results. My skin improved great deal, so did my digestion I have more energy overall and my sleep is more restful than before. Visiting Dr Forbes with my partner, both of us suffering with some digestive and immune issues, we were taken aback at the very human, empathetic side of Anna. (We had the intravenous drips). She listened to us, eased our fears - (my partner having a phobia of needles!) - and wrote down some after care treatment for us both, including guidance on nutrition, sleep and general well being. The clinic is warm and quaint, feeling personable the moment you walk in - not that cold, non-intimate feeling you often have when visiting a clinic or Doctor's office. The treatment itself was unintrusive, considering it is a needle in your arm! We both felt our bodies go into a process following the treatment; colours intensified as we noticed our systems detoxifying. After just one session, our digestive issues improved 100%. It was quite remarkable. Highly recommend.

Anna recommended some enzymes to me that have been fairly life changing and more effective than any supplement I have ever tried. (And I've tried a lot!) I started taking them during the last trimester of my second pregnancy with a view to helping my long-standing gut issues and also preventing the terrible reflux and allergies in my second child that my first child suffered. My baby is now 6 months old and has had no reflux whatsoever and I no longer have any bloating. Nor do I suffer from the food headaches I used to get post meals, presumably from not properly breaking down my food. I had previously used a whole range of enzymes but none of them seemed to have any effect at all so I was reluctant to try these. I'm so glad I did!

I went to Dr Forbes' training and she is amazing at what she does. I learned so much in that one day than I have learned in 1 week of training somewhere else. She is very thorough at explaining and provided a fountain of knowledge for ensuring that the body is nourished and aided when it isn't using natural means. Thank you!
