Dr Elene and the team at the Family Psychology Practice are knowledgeable, kind, efficient and very approachable. All bookings were explained in advance, information and support provided upfront and a lovely introduction phone call in advance of any booking ensured we were going to be able to be successful. Elene made our son feel very at home and was able to quickly build a rapport with him. Fantastic service I would fully recommend.

Dr Elene was fantastic for our family. I would not hesitate to recommend a course of sessions with her. It's difficult to find someone with the experience we required and I'm delighted at the impact it has had on our family.

Elene has helped my Son overcome some challenges really brilliantly, her manner and approach worked really well for a young teenager, he felt comfortable which enabled him to share freely and honestly.

This was our family’s first experience of private psychological support. Elene was professional, approachable, flexible and an excellent clinician. Our daughter felt at ease speaking to her and enjoyed her sessions. Her anxiety improved and Elene followed up with genuine concern. I recommend FPP to families struggling with a child’s emotional development or mental health and well-being. Mum of 9 year old, northern Devon

Elene has a wealth of experience that meant my teenager would listen to and engage with therapy. And she guided me with kind nudges throughout what was a difficult process.

Dr Elene Robson has been instrumental in my 12 year old son's mental healing journey and a great guidance for me as a parent. I couldn't be more thankful to Elene for teaching me to see the amplified version of my child's anxiety (as I saw it back when we first met) as a normal growing up challenge. While helping our son understand, accept and manage his anxiety and panic attacks, Elene always put my son at ease during our sessions and this helped him open up and share his feelings. Her friendly, calming and relatable personality made us both feel welcome during our sessions and we are ever so grateful for all the support and advice. A year ago my son was unable to fall asleep unless a parent held his hand and now he comfortably manages his worries and is happy to go for sleepovers with friends. In addition, I no longer spend the night crying over my son's anxiety after he finally drifts off to sleep. I perceive his challenging moments simply as "worries" and "wobbles", which he is now well equipped to navigate through, all thanks to Elene!

Thank You so very much for all that you have done Elene, you have made a massive difference to all of our lives, but especially our sons. We wouldn’t be where we are today, without your understanding, fabulous care and special set of skills. We would thoroughly recommend you to anyone out there with a child/young adult who needs psychological help.
