WOW, I didn’t think my sessions had made a difference, until I went on a flight, usually I have to take tablets, and suffer badly with claustrophobia, making a flight almost impossible. It has been so bad that I have avoided going on holiday for 6 years. However after 3 sessions I recently went on a flight and did not worry at all, prior to the flight, on the flight, or on the return journey. I still can’t believe it, you have worked a miracle, thank you so much, the difference was astonishing. We went with a large group and they all couldn’t believe how I was. Thank you again, I ham now looking forward to more holidays!

I went to see Matthew earlier in the year to help with my anxiety
Had a few sessions with Matthew who gave me some techniques to use ( which I still use )
A really lovely guy who has helped me cope a lot better with stressful situations
If anyone is else has anxiety problems I would recommend Matthew very highly
