I've been attending Yoga Nidra classes here for then past year and they are a definite highlight of the week. Dawn has such a warm and calming presence, as well as being extremely knowledgeable about her practice. I've recommended the classes to so many people as I find they make a real positive difference to my mindset and overall wellbeing.

I had a wonderful session with Dawn today, excellent massage & wonderful cranial therapy. Dawn has magic hands! My neck feels so much better, & I’m looking forward to my next session. This treatment eases my headaches, loosens my neck & keeps me working. Would highly recommend. ?

Saw Desi for terrible back pain. She saw me quickly and was so kind and reassuring. It’s great to receive her combination of physio and holistic skills. She took time to speak to me and used several different techniques to alleviate the pain. Desi followed up the treatment with a personalised plan of exercises and reassurance. A wonderful practitioner who I would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you.

I have had several treatments of CST at the therapy centre. It is a very welcoming and calm place. My treatments with Dawn have been profound and have helped me both emotionally and physically. After my last treatment with Dawn my backpain has completely gone, which is wonderful as I have had it for years. I highly recommend Dawn's CST treatment especially if you are feeling like you need some self care.

This is an absolutely amazing space, right in the heart of Leigh and with some fantastic therapists. There is nowhere else like it in Leigh and it's a great community space.
