My journey with Tanya can only be described as extremely positive. From our very first telephone consultation l felt l was able to talk freely about my feelings and fears which had troubled me for many years. I found Tanya to be very warm and compassionate and she has a calming influence which puts you at ease immediately. After several sessions with Tanya l feel l am now in a much better place mentally and able to live life to the full again. Tanya helped me to work through situations that used to terrify me and given me the confidence to challenge my fears. Tanya is extremely knowledgeable and if in the future I needed her expertise again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact her.

Tanya is extremely easy to work with and open up to. She is very 'down to earth' and empathetic too. With the sessions being planned together and well structured, i know exactly what to expect, as in the goals and aims we are working towards, to help me to better understand and accept my fears and thinking behaviours, to help me live with some traumatic challenges i experienced. I would highly recommend working with Tanya Weston therapies.

Working with Tanya has been a remarkable experience from start to finish! From our initial phone consultation and throughout our therapy programme, Tanya has proved herself to be extremely knowledgable, endlessly empathic and incredibly amiable and easy to confide in and open up to. I can safely say that I have left our sessions a different person compared to the person I was when we began - in the absolute best way possible. I can wholeheartedly recommend and enthusiastically endorse Tanya for the services that she offers.

I joined her pilot programme for Life Rebooted after having a pretty bad year. It was my first time trying therapy and Tanya made the initial hurdle easier with a free no obligation 30 minute call. The course itself was well structured and gave me tools to challenge or understand my thoughts and moods from a different perspective Tanya can also be responsive and supportive outside of the scheduled hours. Overall, although, I'll not say cynical, errmm apprehensive at first, I found therapy to be a positive and helpful experience. Mart

I have had 12 sessions of CBT with Tanya spaced over the last 3 months and she has made the world of difference to my mental and emotional wellbeing. She has introduced me to numerous techniques and tools I have been learning to implement into my day to day life that have really made a positive impact. Tanya is relatable, responsive, empathetic, caring and professional. I cannot recommend her enough, she has been worth her weight in gold to me this year. It won't be the last time I see Tanya for check ins, as and when I feel I need them. If you're on the fence about therapy, my advice would be DO IT! And do it with Tanya, she's the best! 5* service and support.

Tanya was at all time very professional and made me feel at ease, having made the monumental decision to seek help, what could have been a difficult decision was helped by Tanya's understanding, sure at times I was very emotional, but never embarrassed and our sessions certainly helped me understand some of my problems, it doesn't happen overnight but you eventually reach a point where things start e get better. Contacting Tanya Weston Therapy was the right decision for me to make, but only you can make the decision.

I worked with Tanya previously when she was with the NHS over 6 months worth of CBT. With her support and advice I was able to completely change my life around and overcome some very difficult personal experiences I recently connected with her again now she is an independent therapist and the experience was even better this time, now we were able to meet in person. I would highly recommend Tanya to anyone, her experience and knowledge is second to none. I always feel so much better after our sessions

Tanya was easy to talk to, she understood what I needed to get out of my sessions and she was very flexible and provided easy and quick support between sessions if I felt like I needed it. She was happy to provide support whilst I was out of the country for a prolonged period.
