Went to Dr Jen’s Mindful session on Sunday and it was bliss. Such a lovely welcoming environment, really useful advice, a great meditation, plus tea at the end. The perfect start to a Sunday!

I was lucky enough to attend the recent Free Mindful Reset with Dr Jen at Howick House in Penwortham. It was a very relaxing experience with a lovely group of people. I particularly enjoyed the mindful eating exercise which I have now started doing at home. Such a generous gesture Jen, you're an inspiration!

Dr Jen is absolutely fantastic, she is a fountain of knowledge and experience. She genuinely wants to help people so even offers free (really good quality) courses too. If I ever wanted any further help, I would go straight to Dr Jen, 100%.

Why a fabulous end to a week and a great start to the next , a wonderful calm session on Sunday morning, the first time I have attended something like this that works and didn’t leave me clock watching, some great techniques I can take away and no doubt use in the future, thank you.

I wanted to try counselling for my health anxiety about my heart condition which was made worse by the anxiety. Hannah Ashcroft has been amazing throughout. She was understanding, compassionate and made me feel relaxed. I had 5 sessions and made a marked improvement after a couple of sessions. I have now been given techniques to continue on my own. I feel so much better and I am now getting on with my life and living it to the full by using all the CBT that I learnt. I have accepted my heart condition will always be with me and to not fear it. I highly recommend CBT with Hannah

Following multiple life-threatening critical illnesses with a steep recovery path in 2019, I sought Jennifer’s experience and help, which has been a major factor of the successful recovery I’ve achieved in the past 3 years. I’d go as far as saying it has been life-saving, certainly a future-shaping. We covered 3 areas in this time: processing what I’d been through, guiding me steadily through the toughest recovery of my life and helping me prepare for the future. I was able to understand why people act/react how they do, how the human brain works and hung on to all the advice through each stage. We processed my illness and traumatic early recovery, enabling me to embrace what had happened and what I went through, not only preventing PTSD kicking in, but also turning it all into a positive. We also worked through the coping mechanisms and I learned the methods and tools to help me both along the way and for the future. Ultimately I was able to methodically and steadily progress through my recovery and return to work and normal life. Simply amazing and I can’t thank Jennifer and the team enough. Eddie.
