I started counselling sessions with Maria after a very difficult year filled with bereavement. Maria was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease. I was able to talk openly during the sessions and Maria was always understanding and compassionate. Counselling allowed me to process and release emotions I had been suppressing. I have been having counselling sessions with Maria for low confidence and anxiety and have found I am a different person to who I was when I started. I have much more confidence within myself so that I am able to question my anxieties and over come them, this has only been possible due to Maria’s kindness, compassion and guidance. I'd like to offer my sister her first review to help you who maybe seeking counselling for yourself or a family member connect with her. Unlike many businesses that can easily demonstrate before and after photos such as kitchen fitters or personal trainers, many seeking therapy may wish to keep their use of a therapist private which is absolutely fine. However, we live at a time when many use reviews to make decisions about services they invest in and I can testify after seeing 100's of clients that the few that choose to leave a review really assist others in making their choices.
