I worked with Suzie to create an event specifically catered for parents (June 2024), helping parents to prioritise their own health and wellbeing. SB Counselling / ‘The Parent Therapist’ was well received amongst all the attendees, offering specific advice and counselling for parents while they navigate raising children and their own happiness and maintaining relationship as a couple. Suzie is brilliant, she has a calm energy about her which instantly puts you at ease. What I enjoyed most about working with her, and sharing experiences, was that she was so real and relatable herself, she was able to normalise the feelings or experiences I shared with her which made me feel seen. SB counselling is fantastic and I will continue to recommend Suzie.
