I've been having monthly reflexology treatments with Paula since 2021. I'm still amazed at how working on specific parts of the feet can have a positive effect on other parts of the body. I always feel relaxed after a treatment and then in the following days feel the benefits of the areas worked on. Even if I don't have any ailments I have the treatments for general wellbeing. The Summer House is a lovely space and Paula is friendly and welcoming. She definitely has a therapeutic gift and is committed to finding the best way to help her clients. I also recommend the Rebalance treatment which I have as an occasional, additional treat.

My second visit to the Summerhouse holistic. I had another reflexology facial which I would highly recommend so relaxing and my skin feels great! I also had reiki and wow! You don’t appreciate the benefits of this treatment until you have actually tried it. So relaxing and I feel a deep inner peace. Thank you Paula so looking forward to my next visit.

I almost don’t want to leave this review, as I love it here so much I don’t want it booked up but Paula is amazing and deserves all the success. The treatments I have had leave me deeply relaxed and replenished. Summerhouse Holistics is a slice of heaven.
