Sinéad’s classes are well structured and very engaging, she has a lovely personality and is clearly passionate about Yoga and it’s many aspects. Her classes are very enjoyable and definitely something to look forward to.

I recommend Sinead for both yoga and coaching! I have done both and she really is helping me on setting up my business and pursuing long life dreams by approaching things in a structured way! Her yin yoga session is really calming too!

Sinead is a wonderful yoga tutor! We are super pleased to have sinead practicing at deda in derby taking regular vinyasa and Yin yoga sessions. Sinead creates atmospheres where her participants can practice comfortably, safely and I’m am way that they feel empowered! I recommend Sinéad’s classes and community to EVERYONE! X

The yin yoga was an amazing experience for somebody just getting into yoga. As someone with adhd my Brain is very fast and busy all the time, Sinead creates an environment of calm and I was finally able to have a moment of peace :)

I would highly recommend Sinead. She has made such an impact on the way I work and how I should balance my life. She’s a great coach and has helped me to boost my confidence and learn how to say no and prioritise what’s important. It’s very easy to open up to Sinead and she’s a good listener.
