I can honestly say that Sean saved me. He has such a calm, kind and reassuring manner about him which instantly puts you at ease. My counselling sessions with him have helped me overcome so many things, build new strategies for moving forward in life and dealing with life's troubles, both past and present. Combining these sessions with an acupuncture session meant that I left Sean's sessions not only feeling calmer in mind but also more relaxed physically. I highly recommend him and the services he has to offer.

Sean was recommended to me as someone who might be able to help me with crippling GAD symptoms. I found Sean to be a great listener, with a friendly and empathetic approach. After a number of counselling appointments he suggested incorporating acupuncture into my sessions. The change in me has been transformative. My nervous system is calm now and whilst still experiencing potentially anxious situations, they do not trigger me. I would recommend Sean to anyone experiencing worry and anxiety. Laura

I would recommend Sean without hesitation. Acupuncture with him has improved the debilitating hemiplegic migraines I'd had for over 30 years, to a point I no longer need to take take daily medication. It has also been invaluable to help manage arthritis pain. Therapy with him has reduced my anxiety and helped me improve my life in so many ways. He is compassionate and listens but also, when needed, challenges. He has a kind, calm and completely professional manner that will quickly put you at ease. Book an appointment, you definitely won't regret it.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Sean over approximately 4 years. I’ve gone from needing a weekly session, to now not having a visit for over 8 months despite life being more stressful than ever. Not pushy, not invasive, just a calm environment to talk - or not talk as I see fit on each visit. As life allows more time I’ll absolutely be back just for a check in and to keep vocalising. Would recommend to anyone.

I had briefly worked with Sean in 2014 but then reconnected in 2020 as I was struggling with massive anxiety, loneliness and unworthiness. I believed I was a broken and unfixable person. I had also suffered a tragic loss in April 2020 which I needed help processing. Sean is a very skilled therapist, insightful and extremely knowledgeable. He is also incredibly kind, patient, non-judgemental and compassionate. We explored my very lonely, fearful and abusive childhood and subsequent abusive marriage. He has helped me navigate dealing with some very dark emotional places. With his gentle and supportive guidance I now know on a very deep level how the traumatic events of my life have affected me emotionally and behaviourally. I am no longer so trapped by and lost in the damaging and limiting patterns that my experiences created. I have much more access to being in the moment. Sean creates a space where you feel safe to be completely honest and consequently I have been able to share things that I had previously been unable to express. I can unequivocally say that if you are suffering emotionally or physically, contact Sean. You will be in the best and safest hands. He has my unending gratitude

Sean was just what I needed at a tricky time in my life. From the first appointment I walked away feeling lighter and full of hope. Over the course of a few sessions he was able to help me reframe a lot of deep seated beliefs I held that were affecting my daily life and I have been able to move forward more positively and confidently. So grateful for all his help, highly recommend.

I started seeing Sean again when some difficult family situations were happening. I was feeling anxious and needed to offload my thoughts to someone who wasn’t family or emotionally involved. Sean is so easy to talk to, and makes you look at things in a different way. The acupuncture at the end of the session made me feel at ease and very relaxed. I would definitely recommend Sean if you are feeling stuck in any way. I feel so much better.
