I had an excellent experience with Dan. From the start, we got on well and I appreciated his tailored approach, particularly how he explained the science behind how the brain works. This insight made a real difference in understanding my behaviours and responses, especially as we explored my personal history in detail. Dan combines a refreshingly straightforward, ‘no-nonsense’ approach with a warm and kind demeanour that immediately put me at ease. Dan wasn't afraid to call me out when I went off-track, which I really appreciated and found both honest and highly effective. Going through this process with Dan has been one of the best things I’ve done to understand myself better and gain insight into why I am the way I am. We unpacked my recent years of personal turmoil, and I learned practical techniques and practices to embed into my daily life. Each session felt genuinely beneficial, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. I feel like a massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

Dan is warm, professional and engaging from the off and a therapist that goes above and beyond to help his clients. Dan supported me over almost two years through a web of complex trauma. His practice is evidence based, active and was completely tailored to my own needs. Dan pushed me when I needed it and I always felt as though he was invested in my journey, weaving together my past to help me find clarity and ultimately peace. I will also be grateful to Dan for how he helped me grow into a healthier and happier version of myself. Dan is a superb therapist and I am sure he will help many others in navigating their own path. Thank you for everything, Dan.

Dan is an incredible therapist, who goes out of his way to make sure his clients are safe and supported. Dan has got the right balance of listening skills and knowledge to help you identify what needs addressing and then sets challenges to help you make progress through whatever your issues might be. You feel like you are on a journey and that you are motivated and cared for along the way. Will never be able to thank Dan enough for what he did for me, and I always have and always will recommend him as I know anybody would be in safe hands under his care.

Dan is a fantastic therapist! I knew straight away during our assessment session that he was going to be the right therapist for me. He has a very straightforward approach without any fluff, which was what I needed. Over my time spent with him I have developed a much needed more positive attitude to life, and found the much needed answers to why I had developed my unhelpful behaviours. I am now able to go forward in life with a better understanding of myself, and how to cope when life throws a curve ball. I can't recommend Dan highly enough!

The therapy that I received from Dan was truly the best that I could have ever hoped for. From my very first session of which I had always been sceptical on any therapy, of which I’d never admitted to needing, I started my recovering journey into self care, well-being, boundaries, resources and so much more. Dan’s professionalism , therapy and now friendship has changed me from going into a downward spiral of negativity and depression to now a happy, positive life , looking forward to an exciting future. Thank you Dan

I cannot recommend Dan enough. From walking into my first session to the moment I left for the last time, I felt welcomed and safe. seeing as I had an absolute distrust with any forms of counciling, from a previous experience, to being able to recognise in situations what is the right and best way to react and cope in difficult moments. The mental turn around in me has been noticed by all around me. an absolute professional and isn't afraid to say it how it is! Dan I cannot thank you enough, you've changed my attitude on life for the better!

Dan was my therapist for a little over a year, and I recently completed my last session. I found S.A.L.T. online, and after contacting Dan he came for a house visit within a couple of days. I instantly felt that he was listening to my problems and we agreed to work together from then on. Each session helped me gain the skills to manage my anxiety, and to understand the process that these things go through. After each session I felt motivated, understood and supported. I honestly feel that Dan cares about the individual, and it's easy to see the work and commitment he puts in. Thank you for everything, Dan. I am so grateful and appreciative of your support. Thank you for helping me obtain the skills and knowledge to get my life back on track.
