A couple of years ago, I sought Ruth's guidance to navigate my work related stress and stresses I felt in the lead-up to my wedding. Ruth was excellent, using her expertise she instantly made me feel at ease and taught me techniques that I still use to help my stress and anxiety. The guided meditation sessions were particularly enjoyable, and I've since recommended her to friends who found her services beneficial. Ruth is genuinely a lovely person, and I believe anyone facing life's challenges would find her support worthwhile.

Ruth was recommended by a friend who said he had found her a great help. I reluctantly contacted her. It was one of the best things I have done. I found Ruth very understanding and very helpful. She not only helped with my anxiety and depression but also gave me the tools for me to handle things in the future. We also did various relaxation activities. I would not hesitate to recommend Ruth to anyone who is ‘struggling’ with similar issues.

I first met Ruth while both attending a Cold Water Dipping group (which is one of her many therapy techniques) She quickly gained my trust and I decided to engage in a number of sessions based in her calm and relaxing therapy room. I found her very attentive as she listened to my concerns as she guided me through a number of helpful techniques. One particular area was Timeline Therapy which had intrigued me for a number of years, and was particularly useful in releasing an emotional issue of which I was completely unaware, which had been holding me back. I would highly recommend speaking to Ruth - she is friendly, understanding, empathetic, and passionate about helping others to become their best selves.

Where do I even begin with reviewing this marvellous woman and her powers to help turn your life around? I came to Ruth when I found myself in a very low patch after a bad experience with a previous therapist. Ruth gave me the tools I needed to starting feeling like myself again and held me accountable for reaching daily targets; something I still practice months down the line. I’ve came into the new year with a boost of energy, have a more positive outlook on life and am back driving (something I was struggling to overcome having had panic attacks in the car), all thanks to her help. I’d recommend Ruth to absolutely everyone and will definitely be back in touch should I ever need it!

I found Ruth online and didn't look back. I'd left my job and was mentally the lowest I'd ever been in my life due to confidence issues, personal issues and workplace bullying. I was recommended by a friend, and I’m so happy i contacted Ruth. I’ve had quite a few therapists before, but not anyone as good as Ruth. She helped me through many issues and ways to deal with them. We went through activities/strategies that I still find helpful. But I honestly 100% recommend if you need any support.
