I've known Rob for a long time and was aware of how good his work was. I had spent a year struggling with avoiding playing my guitar after a difficult situation where I felt rejected and that being followed by the death of my father. This had started way back in 2020 when moving home ended me playing in a band I'd been in and the pandemic had affected my mental health as well. It was causing a lot of frustration for me as I wanted to play but felt that anything I did would be worthless so didn't want to try. It got increasingly difficult to deal with internally and I reached out to Rob, knowing his interest and experience in music and performing, and in just one session he switched things around for me and I've been playing a few times a week and finding my enjoyment for it again. I even allowed myself to buy a guitar I'd been wanting but telling myself I can't have as I wasn't good enough and wasn't playing enough to justify. Thanks Rob, you've helped restore something that was of immense value to my life.

I cannot recommend Rob & Mednosis highly enough. Rob's knowledge & enthusiasm is infectious. His voice calming & steady. I have had hypnosis treatments off Rob in the past, and since April have learnt meditation & self hypnosis, in a fun & supportive environment with ongoing support. You really don't need to look anywhere else!!

Rob is an amazing hypnotherapist. He's done absolute wonders for me in working with me to completely get rid of my fear of heights and lack of self confidence. Rob is very easy to talk to and goes above and beyond, really helpful and supportive. Would highly recommend him .

Rob is an amazing chap, whether you have a hypnosis session or mediation session, he will explain everything. He will talk about it as much as you want or need to before and after. He also gets results which of course is the idea. Lots of support and help available. Highly recommend
