Rebecca has been fantastic, helped me overcome so much I didn't think was possible. With BWRT and hypnotherapy, Has done a fantastic job. Very calming and a great listener and overall a brilliant experience with Rebecca.

I first contacted Rebecca just before Christmas. I’d been having an extremely difficult time with anxiety and emetophobia. She was so reassuring on the phone I felt completely at ease and she gave me the best options to proceed with! I had both BWRT and Hypnotherapy with Rebecca and I’m Honestly so grateful for how much she has helped me! Beforehand I couldn’t eat, sleep, or go out even to work properly or without having a panic attack. Since seeing her I feel so much happier and free, and all of my previous issues have lessened if not completely gone away I highly highly recommend Rebecca and appreciate everything she has done for me, Thankyou for giving me a life back!

Would definitely recommend Rebecca for anyone who is going through a difficult time. The BWRT and Hypnotherapy have had amazing results for me and Rebecca is so kind and welcoming which makes the experience very relaxing and puts you at ease instantly. She is also very flexible around working times which makes things easier and she has taught me a lot that I can take with me and use in future. Very pleased with my experience.

I had an EFT session with Rebecca for pain I've continuously had for years now (which I've had many tests on with doctors/specialists and found nothing wrong). Rebecca is just fantastic, her wonderful calming and reassuring demeanor was so relaxing. The EFT itself has really helped with my pain so it's completely manageable now and quite often totally gone! Rebecca also taught me how to do this myself at home so I can use it any time I need. I would highly recommend Rebecca to everyone.

A year ago I was diagnosed with a life threatening illness and I contacted Rebecca for help with my anxiety. I cannot stress how wonderful she has been. Rebecca has a calm, non-judgemental manner and immediately puts you at ease. Her hypnotherapy sessions are so calming and relaxing and I would definitely recommend them. Rebecca has helped me so much and she has given me the tools to deal with my anxiety as and when it arises. I honestly don't know how I would have got through the last year without her.
