Reviews of Richard Kim - Life Coach

Richard is friendly and approachable and has a great passion for coaching. The coaching sessions offer great value by breaking down limiting beliefs and inspire to create an attitude for greater ambition. The sessions also provide practical methods to improve various aspects of your life, bring out new ideas that reflect your personality strengths and also provide an action plan to work on achieving your personal goals. I would recommend the sessions to anyone who would like an outsider's perspective on their current mindset and to people who would like some guidance in helping to strive for a more fulfilling life or to inspire a change in direction.

Needed some life coaching after spinning my wheels for the past 5-6 years and getting no where. Really enjoyed working with Richard for 5 sessions. Using Richard's framework we were able to identify which aspects of my life I was most unsatisfied with, and then explore my personal values in relation to different areas. Found this approach and methodology very useful and insightful. We were able to identify where in my life I needed to focus more of my attention, to make decision and take actions. I found Richard to be very approachable and accommodating. He listened and offered exercises to help uncover what was at the core of some of my issues. Would highly recommend to anyone who is stuck/spinning there wheels or is wondering where to go with their lives.

Richard's coaching was of great value. The sessions helped me clearly define my personal goals and gave me concrete strategies for achieving them. I really appreciated having the chance to assess my current situation and reflect on what I want to achieve. Richard then helped me frame and reframe my objectives in ways that have unlocked new ways to pursue them. All in all it was a fantastic way to take stock, get to know myself better, see a little more clearly where I'd like to go, and then plan out changes I can make to get there, all in a safe and supportive environment. Thank you

Sincere, supportive and innovative. Recently had a 'review' life coaching session with Richard to reflect on positive outcomes since I finished a 6 week plan with him 5 months ago. Amazingly during this challenging year I have progressed more than I realised & it was most helpful & uplifting to get his refreshing and objective feedback once more. Very insightful.
