I chatted to Pete a couple of months ago about my 14 month old’s ongoing health problems with constant colds and coughs, runny nose, faltering growth and slow weight gain. Pete worked some magic on him straight away. A few days later, Pete gave me some advice, and told me to try to incorporate using castor oil into the regular massage I was giving, and to get him outside to soak up the sun as much as possible! After just a few days, we began to notice a huge improvement. His nose stopped running, he slept better and his weight gain was phenomenal. We were astounded. Pete regularly checks in and offers tips and advice for strategies we can try to further improve his health. We are up for trying anything at this point, but the changes and progress we have seen has been incredible. Don’t ask how or what he does as I have no idea, but he is an absolute genius. Thanks so much Pete for all your unwavering support ? x

Im 17 years old and stepped into a gym the first time back in january of 2020. I have been powerlifting for a little over 7 months now and out of all 3 lifts, the squat is my worst and comes least natural to me. On top of this, my patella tendons dont like bearing the weight that I need to do without giving me a great deal of pain. This is where Pete (the magician) comes in. He prescribed me some mobility work that I can do at home and to warm up prior to squats. After just 2 days of doing them im already seeing improvements to how my knees can tolerate squat loads without giving me a lot of pain. Bare in mind, i have not been able to squat without knee pain for at least a year, and all it took was 2 days. Pete is very knowledgeable on anything from soft tissues, joints and muscles so there is nothing that he cannot fix for you. Once you have experienced the differences he can make for the first time, you will too consider him a magician.

Pete was able to help me out at short notice between 70.3 triathlons, when I had a months wait for a physio appointment through work. Pete diagnosed my problem and directed me to relevent exercises to relive the pain, so successfully that my pain had gone by the time my work physio got around to looking at it. This was especially appreciated as it allowed me to get back to training as quickly as possible. Thanks Pete!

Wizardry ? Now im not sure if I can fully contribute what happned to Pete at Retrain pain but he was cetainly a big part of why I had the best Skiing trip Ive had in years ! I worked with Pete due to an long standing an ongoing calf tighness issue with is unbearbale when I ski, and it cramps up and goes numb from the knee down. Pete Helped my identify the probable cause and taught me some exersizes to do before and after skiing. Day one I was still in pain, so I messaged Pete and he gave me another exersize to try, this releeieved the tightness and brought back the sensation in my leg within 20 mins of the exersizes. From then on for the rest of the week by leg felt better than it has for years, and I managed more skiing than I ever have. Thank you to Pete for helping this to happen !

Having worked with Pete on a regular basis, he has not only been able to solve long standing issues to improve my wellbeing - especially being told I was asthmatic by my GP only to find out a few sessions with Pete and the breathing issues vanished! I now see Pete on a bi-weekly basis to help maintain but also prevent any further issues from becoming larger problems and recently have reached a PB in overhead press lifting - something I havent beaten in 4 years previously! I cannot recommend him enough to people looking for more mobility and better wellbeing!

I initially starting seeing Peter due to issues with my pelvic floor but it became so much more than that! Peter has helped with my sleeping, my arthritis in my hand, my performance at my gym - so many ways that I totally didn't expect! He has also given me tools to help deal with my 'negative voice'. Highly, highly recommended!!

Out of that Rut! Peter initially helped me with a torn rotator cuff injury: his one-to-one treatments and group sessions aided my recovery so I was able to avoid having Cortisone injections. I never expected I would need him again so soon- but a post op infection in my hand caused problems. Because of lockdown I was not seen at hospital or my GP, Peter came to the rescue. I have not only managed to come off the very strong pain medication (for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome)- but I have felt motivated and strong enough to work on my general health & fitness. I have had the confidence to embark on a new journey to study textiles at University! I’m definitely out of that dreadful rut! But I will continue with the lessons and practice Peter advocates. Thank you Peter!

Great service, incredible progress and reduced pain in just a few sessions! Pete has helped with my mobility and back pain. He has done the same for my mum and recommend to everyone with any issues.
