Rachael has been the most amazing support and coach to my daughter who was really struggling. She working with my daughter weekly and then bi-weekly and then monthly and the change and confidence and growth my daughter achieved was incredible! We will always be so grateful for her help.

I'm convinced Rachael was Heaven-sent! From the initial phone call with me I was made to feel at ease about the whole process. My eldest child felt comfortable and safe from the very first session, and small changes were noted straight away. The sessions have been incredibly helpful and I know my child has grown in confidence and has learned some tools to get through those darker phases in life. The last session was emotional, and it's almost like saying farewell to a family member/beloved friend. Thank you Rachael, you've been a star!

Rachael was recommended to me by another counsellor as a specialist in teen anxiety. My daughter was suffering from anxiety that was starting to cause her to avoid unfamiliar people, places & activities. It struck completely out of the blue & escalated quickly without warning. It’s been a rollercoaster ride, not easy at times & there has been tears as well as laughter. But my daughter & I have both learnt a lot & it has totally been worth it. Rachael is so amazing at what she does. She has this fantastic way of knowing exactly when to let you talk, and when you might need some encouragement or to be asked a direct question. I was blown away by how quickly I felt completely comfortable in the sessions, and this is all down to Rachael's warmth and trust. We are so grateful to have found Rachael to help us navigate through my daughter's teenage years and challenges. After listening to her podcasts, I reached out to her all the way from California and she responded right away. She has been extremely helpful and has taught both my daughter and I some very insightful and valuable things. She is the best coach you could ask for.
