After suffering with ibs for many years and experiencing horrible symptoms that the doctors couldn't help with, Melanie has given me some light and has given me hope! Melanie is very informative, friendly and made the hydrotherapy experience comfortable by making me feel at ease. From finally giving me answers of my symptoms, the hydrotherapy and the after care, I would highly recommend. I'm booking in for a top up session next month!

Mel was really professional and had a friendly and caring manner. She shared her extensive knowledge about nutrition and the digestive system which was not only interesting but reassuring to feel I was in safe hands. The initial aprehension soon faded and I found the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. I decided to have this deep cleanse at the start of a regime to help clear psoriasis. I would highly recommend Mel's service for what ever health and wellbeing benefit you are seeking.

I have had 3 Colonic treatments with Mel. On my first visit she put me at ease with the procedure in a professional , friendly & reassuring way. I would highly recommend the treatment, & feel so much better for it, & intend to book again in 3 months as a maintenance regime.

Decided on a Colonic and Enema after embarking on a fitness journey. I found Mel and Perfect Synergies via Google. Based on other reviews, I thought I'd book. I certainly wasn't disappointed, right from the very warm welcoming smile, I was put at ease. Everything was explained to me and the whole process was enlightening and entertaining. Mel really knows her stuff and made the entire 2hr appointment fly by. I will definitely go again and I've been raving at work and to my family about how much better and energised I feel. I have suffered with IBS for a long time and nothing had worked for me, I had changed diets and had different tablets. No matter what I tried I still had severe bloating and discomfort! I was advised by a friend that had visited Mel that she could help me. TBH I was a little sceptical and I didn’t think this would work for me….WOW how wrong I was!! I really wish I had tried hydrotherapy sooner it has given me such relief and Mel has been amazing helping me understand how my body works and teaching me what to do to rebalance and help me help myself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. She is a genius and so knowledgeable. I will continue my health journey with perfect synergies for the foreseeable future.

This was my 2nd visit to see the lovely Mel. I needed her therapy. I had been dieting and more active of late, and could not understand why I wasn’t moving the scales! Well … I know now and I can say I am 5 lbs down - no bloating - no hard tummy and feeling great! …will be seeing her again later on in the year for sure! 💚

I cannot recommend Mel enough. I visited her Newark clinic, ‘Perfect Synergies’ for colonic hyrdrotherapy, prior to a colonoscopy procedure. Mel is kind and caring. She talked me through my reasons for the visit and then on with the therapy.. all I can say is that she persisted with my treatment, persuading some rigid stomach muscles to give way. They were hindering the treatment. I came away feeling very grateful to Mel. The colonoscopy will be tomorrow, 2 days after the colonic, , but I have no doubt all Mel did has put me in the best possible position for a good procedure. I will be back Mel! Thank you so much 🙌❤️

Mel was the nicest woman I’ve ever met! So informative and so kind. Made me feel really comfortable with my treatment, she was open and honest and made me feel like I could ask her anything! Have been raving about her to my friends. The treatment went smooth was pain free and well needed. I have never felt so good in my life! Highly recommend to anyone struggling with gut issues.
