I felt very empowered after completing the parenting workshop with Paula. I had a greater understanding of why my children react in certain ways and Paula provided me with the tools for me, as a parent, to step back and react in a more positive way to tantrums,difficult days,etc I now go with my children's lead a lot more and overall there is a more positive environment in our home.
