I want to thank Stefan for his request to write a testimonial for his therapeutic work with the issue I presented with. Essentially, it was about my conditions of self-worth which were ingrained deeply and over the years masked themselves so cleverly. It's important to note that those conditions were somewhat external. It was Stefan's NLP skills that initially challenged those limiting beliefs and the subsequent hypnotic interventions he used, which enhanced the work and fundamentally shifted my perception of self. Stefan is empathetic, professional, encouraging, genuine and a hard working therapist and life coach. Stefan is also utterly encouraging and supportive. I have never experienced this type of confidence in me outside of me. Meeting with Stefan regularly and him being consistent with his approach, I managed to internalise the support and confidence he offered. I'm aware that this life coach invested a great deal in his personal and professional development, so I recommended him to my friends and colleagues already. I am aware that some referred people successfully completed therapeutic work with Stefan. I trust you won't be disappointed either!

I have been seeing Stef for just a short while and in that time i have to say he is AMAZING! I have been in therapy for years but now i feel like something is finally changing. He is very calm and a brilliant listener giving me the chance to try and let go of my demons. He offers brilliant insight and i can finally see that i might have some chance of a better life, not shackled to the past. I firmly believe that Stef will not disappoint - his skills are second to none!

I was couched by Steph last year as I was retraining for a new career and my imposter syndrome was getting the best of me. Steph was skilfully able to unravel the core of my limiting beliefs and helped me to restore the trust and faith on me to move forward. I’m still using some of the tools he taught me. Invaluable coaching with an amazing being . Can’t recommend it enough.
