1st time and the Movement Clinic and was treated by Sorcha. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Asked lots of questions and checked my mobility before treating me. She really worked on the areas and I felt sore but much better by then end of the session. She advised on some exercises, nothing difficult, that could be done to help strengthen my muscles. I knew it wasn't going to be fixed by one visit so going back for an additional session. Would definitely recommend if you have any muscle tightness!

Greg is excellent after 3 treatments my neck and shoulder are so much better and I am no longer in pain. I highly recommend Greg very professional explains everything and would not hesitate using again if needed.

I have had treatments by both Greg & Hayley & both were fantastic. Hayley’s sports massages are so good & I have been having acupuncture with Greg on my neck & knee & it has made such a difference & has definitely helped speed up my recovery. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Greg is very knowledgeable and confident and can quickly identify muscle problems. He is able to treat these with manupulation, massage (acupressure?) and acupuncture.To complement these treatments, he gives simple and realistic exercises to be undertaken between appointments. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any muscle pains or sports injuries.

A brilliant outcome! I have a chronic back condition which was getting more painful. I had heard about how good Greg Foster is so thought I had nothing to lose by booking a consultation. The result couldn’t have been better. Greg listened to me, diagnosed and explained the issue (trapped femoral nerve) and demonstrated a set of exercises for me. It worked. Thank you, Greg.
