The walk in the forest brought me so much more than I expected. It was wonderful to slow down and interact with the surrounding trees, mosses, plants, ants, butterflies, rocks, sand, river in these ancient woods using all the senses. There was time to stop and breathe, and really come to earth. And mostly in a welcome, companionable, and supportive silence. The spacious three hours were well held. I have come away feeling so much more grounded, calm and aware of my sensing self (I normally live in my head, with lots of head chatter). I will definitely return to join in with more of these walks when I can, they are better than any conventional medicine! Thank you Daniella and Roy.

An excellent Forest Bathing walk with good ideas of different things to think about and do at different points. Very refreshing and inspiring days after.

Daniela is a very deep-thinking, conscientious and sympathetic practitioner. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
