We've worked with Micheal for 7 months together. I've learned a lot from Micheal (too many to tell here), some of the lessons and snap phrases are still with me today, guiding me back to the valuable lessons Micheal was pointing to. Micheal is a truly inspiring individual with what seems like an ironclad level of discipline, mental strength and commitment when it comes to working on his physical and mental health. At the same time he's gentle in helping you get there at your pace and meets you at the place you currently are (as in, no sergeant shouting and any judgement from him). I found Micheal's views and style of coaching imbedded in stoicism, commitment and very action driven. We would of course explore the thought process and the beliefs that led me astray sometimes. Micheal is very generous and genuine in his desire to help you. I highly recommend Micheal to anyone considering working with him.

Thanks Micheal for the work we did together last year. I truly came away feeling like a different person, stronger, fitter and mentally better equipped to take on new challenges. Get in touch with Michael if you are looking for a coach that is able to relate to you in the real world.

I would highly recommend working with Michael, I had a fantastic experience, I lost 15kg, gained confidence, learned to deal with problems better and be more present with my kids If you listen to what he says and do the work your life will improve
