Kyle was incredible at understanding me as well as what's important for my recovery since my injury. Since seeing him I enjoy exercising again and feel pain-free. He is so knowledgeable about the body and was able to not only explain but show me what I needed to work on which helped motivate me to do the exercises in between sessions. Thanks Kyle!

Have been to see Kyle at Mehab for a range of issues and every time he has helped to resolve them. He is excellent at explaining what is going on and answering any questions I may have. I’ve had the joys of massage, manipulation, needling and shockwave treatment. Kyle will never do something that is unnecessary and always warns me that ‘it might hurt’ and has learnt to step out of the way of my reactive kicks quickly! Excellent service all round - would highly recommend, and often do.

I cannot recommend Kyle and the team at Mehab enough! They don't just make you feel amazing but they help find the route cause of any injury, whether it's new or existing. The value for money is unbeaten. Being a subscription member I look forward to my monthly visit! Thank you Mehab.

Kyle was amazing, explained everything clearly and has given me the confidence to sign up to a marathon. Something I didn’t think was possible after my ankle injury. Thanks Kyle and love the big new space!

Mehab in Biggleswade is an absolute gem for physical therapy! I recently went in for treatment for shoulder issues, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Right from the get-go, Kyle at Mehab made me feel right at home. They're super friendly and down-to-earth, which instantly put me at ease. Plus, they really know their stuff—seriously impressive! I had to nod and smile when they were explaining the various muscles or tendons I’d managed to injure. Kyle won’t mislead you or suggest a course of treatment just because, he explained exactly what we could do and why he’d recommend it and let me decide based on the information provided. The therapy sessions were spot-on. They tailored everything to my needs and explained everything in a way that made sense, provided me with exercises to do to help my recovery and even liaised with my PT at Jones’ so that we’d focus on movements that would not aggravate the injury and help improve it. I had a series of visits to Mehab to deal with my shoulder issues and saw real improvement quickly which then led into my shoulder recovering nicely. Overall, I can't recommend Mehab enough. Whether you're dealing with shoulder pain or any other physical issue, these guys are the real deal. Five stars all the way!

Kyle is so knowledgeable and considerate. I had been in a lot of pain for weeks and he released the movement and pain in one session. The advised exercises have left me pain free weeks on and stronger than before. His advice has also informed my regular program which has been game changing. I cannot recommend MEHAB enough!

Kyle supported me after my hip replacement and got me back to training - he completely understood me & what I wanted to achieve. I have continued to see Kyle on a regular basis and he always puts together challenging sessions to continue my hip rehab and to push me outside my comfort zone. I cannot recommend Kyle and the Mehabilitation team highly enough.
