I will be forever grateful to Mandy for all that she did to enable me to find my element, my fulfilment, and my joy again. She provided me with the safe-space coaching, objective & irreverent challenging and empathetic support that I was crying out for to help me to re-establish my life priorities, to get them back in the right order & in balance, and to make the tough, radical & initially scary decisions ("focus on facts, not fears!") to start living my life in line with those priorities. This was life-changing for me - giving me the perspective and self-belief to take back control, and re-align my career path in line with my values, passions & purpose. Mandy is a very special person - and the world would be a much better place with many more people like her. I would recommend Mandy to anyone feeling the need to re-evaluate & re-discover their life and career direction, priorities and plan.

Mandy is a fabulous coach and has really helped me to unpick the things holding me back in my professional life, create time for me and deal with the parrot on my shoulder. Mandy’s style is wonderful, she is patient, experienced, a great listener and really helps you to see things clearly for yourself and understand the changes you need to make. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Mandy's combination of business knowledge, compassion and a calm outlook make her a fantastic coach. She has the right balance between helping you think for yourself and coming up with some crackingly accurate and appropriate ideas! As someone who has wrestled with self-doubt and over-analysis for many years, I found spending time with Mandy as my coach to be a game-changer. She has given me many tools to help increase my confidence, both in a business and life setting and I use these regularly. If you are considering investing in a coach I have no hesitation in recommending Mandy.

I'd like to thank the wonderful Mandy Sinclair coaching. Mandy really gets to understand your business style and ethos which means she tailors her sessions perfectly to make sure her help, advice and support are completely in line with what you are trying to achieve and how. She is utterly professional, organised and empathetic but really makes you think differently about how you can achieve your goals. I feel like the overwhelm has been removed by having Mandy on board and I'm able to focus on the things that will be most helpful to my business growth. She also makes you accountable and motivated and with her wealth of business experience you feel you are in safe yet caring hands. I highly recommend her.

Mandy is for you if you are looking for no-frills, warm guidance with a laser focus on what you need. It’s clear that Mandy comes from a great deal of experience and she has a natural ability to help you put into perspective clear goals and how to overcome any practical or mindset barriers, always making you feel at ease. Mandy has helped me immensely to improve my clarity and confidence and I feel so much more empowered to challenge myself and reach my goals. I would recommend her to anyone and have already taken so much from my sessions. Thank you Mandy!

From the very first session with Mandy, I experienced an incredible transformation in how I saw myself and what is important to me. After only a few sessions and within weeks, fundamental issues have been resolved and I now have purpose and goals that I would never have thought possible. Through a clearly explained and easily understood process, Mandy helped me identify and understand what is important to me, what was in my way and what I needed to do differently. The results have been hugely positive and immediate. The future was not looking inviting before, but now I am just excited about it. I'm so happy and can't recommend Mandy enough.

Working with Mandy has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I'm looking at the world differently, recognising my own achievements, and tackling challenges in a way I never imagined I could before. Mandy is one of the kindest, most compassionate, and understanding people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, I cannot recommend her and her coaching highly enough.

Through coaching, Mandy has helped me to recognise what is really important to me, and to make positive changes in my life to ensure I focus on these values every day. I have been able to improve my health, my fitness, my career and so much more as well as learning to understand who I truly am. Mandy is truly dedicated to helping people live their very best life and she is also one of the nicest people you could hope to meet.
