My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my mum's milestone birthday! We had a whole day of relaxation with massages, meditation, sauna, hot tub and some delicious healthy snacks. My mum very much enjoyed herself and felt very pampered. My husband and I have gone to Luminate for a few months now for massages and Becky is always friendly and easy to talk to, the atmosphere is peaceful and the massages were so relaxing. A great way to celebrate! Thank you Becky!

Was very interested in the Pressotherapy that Luminate offer so booked a session for this afternoon. I believe I am suffering with Lipoedema and Lymphedema and Luminate offer this compression therapy which is recommended for the condition.
Communication when booking was very good. Their website is easy to navigate and I was able to get directions easily to their location.
The premises are in a beautiful setting with ample parking. Becky gave a warm welcome and made me feel at ease immediately.
Having filled in a consultation form on line Becky was able to see that I was suitable for treatment and explained what would happen during the appointment.
The treatment itself was good. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout. The 30 minutes went very quickly as I chatted to Becky throughout the process.
After the treatment, I left feeling much more relaxed and "lighter" in a strange way that I cant really put into words.
Would definitely recommend Luminate and the Pressotherapy.

Becky offered an excellent massage which was also relaxing. She has greatly improved the tension in my back and eliminated all the knotting. She was friendly, professional. Facilities were beautifully decorated and very clean .

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a facial treatment at Luminate, and it was absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and serene, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. The facial was luxurious, with high-quality products that left my skin feeling fresh, rejuvenated, and glowing. I also enjoyed the infrared sauna, which added to the feeling of wellness and warmth. I left Luminate feeling pampered and confident in my skin. I highly recommend, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had seen a post on my friend and colleague Becky’s social media, about a therapy called spinal energetics. I was immediately drawn, as I had been feeling misaligned and blocked for a while. I had read about spinal energetics and treating stored trauma etc and I was
reassured by Becky that I was in good hands with Kayleigh. And she was absolutely right. Kayleigh immediately welcome me with a calm and mercurial energy that seemed to slow everything down as soon as I walked into the beautiful Luminate studio. She explained her background and what the session would entail clearly and answered any questions softly and with ease. This session is deeply personal and powerful and the trust you will have in Kayleigh is so natural, you surrender to it process. I highly recommend this amazing session for anyone looking to do let go and let grow x

Becky was really lovely, she was helpful and explained everything I needed to know about pressotherapy which has helped reduce pain, swelling and inflammation in my legs massively! Booked in already for my next treatment due to such impressive results! Thank you Becky!
