Having struggled with posture driven back pain and tightness, I attended the LCC for a massage and cupping treatment. First impressions of Nas are that he is a really genuine, and very knowledgeable professional, who is really easy to talk to. Nas takes you through every step of the treatment before starting, explaining the reasons and theory behind them also.
I experienced both the dry and wet cupping. As part of my job, I attend exhibitions where I am stood for a number of hours, and ALWAYS end up with middle back pain. Attending an exhibition 2 days after treatment, was pain free for the first time in an umber of years.
I would highly recommend treatment with Nas, for anyone suffering with any kind of tightness or muscular pain.

I arranged the appointment because I was suffering from intense lower back pain. I opted for a two-hour session with Nasir, during which he adeptly employed a range of massage techniques followed by cupping therapy to alleviate my discomfort.

Nasir's massage skills were truly exceptional. He maintained unwavering control over the pressure applied. Remarkably, within 45 minutes, I could sense my lower back pain vanishing.

The latter half of the session was dedicated to cupping therapy. Although the experience is hard to describe in words, the sensation was delightful. Upon the conclusion of my appointment, I experienced a profound sense of lightness and revitalization throughout my body.

The setting exuded a high standard of cleanliness, and Nasir thoughtfully offered cold water before commencing the cupping therapy.

The positive impact of the treatment was notable, even after a week, when I was in the gym for strenth training.

Having indulged in massages across various corners of the globe, I must assert that this encounter was nothing short of a transcendent experience. It's a challenge to pinpoint any drawbacks, but if compelled to do so, I would mention the limitation of this exceptional service is that it is only available in Loughborough, and regrettably absent in London.

I would recommend Lcc. Very welcoming. I’ve had 3 sessions all went really well. Nas is the man. I myself feel so much better I’ve had back shoulder chronic pain near 7 years but went forward with this treatment cupping and it’s just pure cure. Doctors can’t even cure. Tried physio nothing. Having pain killers throughout the weeks. And this has done the job 2 thumbs up and will be calling again. Will recommend thanks again Nas.
