I had been suffering with really painful sciatic pain in my lower back from a herniated disc for about 4 months that wasn’t shifting. I had tried every other possible remedy without success until I found Liz. I’d never tried acupuncture before so was a little apprehensive but Liz was fantastic and but me at ease. Her bed side manner is great. And the treatment made huge improvements after the first session. It only took about 3/4 sessions and I was back playing sports again. Unlike a lot of other therapist there’s no pressure to keep treatment going, Liz just wants to fix your issues. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s the best!

Went to Liz as was suffering with lower back pain.

She showed me some exercises to do which will help (better than the physio showed me)

Her massage skills are amazing, dont get me wrong i ached for a few days but after that felt really good.

Very friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

Highly recommend liz I have been going to liz many years on and off and she has full knowledge off her work if in doubt try her out what do you have to loose the cost is reasonable as well
