I had two sessions with Liz after suffering with panic attacks and anxiety intermittently throughout my life. I was currently going through a particularly intense time with it and struggling to cope. After just one session I was amazed at the difference in myself, Liz is truly amazing at what she does and provides a calming and safe environment for you to talk and work through your issues. I went from feeling like I could barely function day to day to feeling like my old self again. It’s also comforting to know if I ever feel myself struggling I can always call Liz for another session in the future. I can’t recommend Liz enough and encourage anyone seeking help to contact her, even just one session makes a huge difference.

I had a recent session with Liz focusing on my future goals and on some areas where I felt I lacked confidence. She helped me to clarify in my mind what my priorities were. Liz had tremendous energy and enthusiasm and was very skilled at pinning me down to commitment, so I came out of the session with a definite plan of action. The result was that after a week, I had moved forward with some things I've been putting off for years! Feels great, and looking forward to doing more. I would definitely use Liz's services again and would happily recommend her to others.

Liz is very focused and professional, with many tools in her toolkit and a lot of experience. She is also kind hearted and puts you at ease straight away. She explains everything really well and offers tips and suggestions you can use yourself in between sessions. I worked with Liz over Skype for 4 sessions and it was exactly what was needed at that point in my life to make a difference. Liz is amazing! She has helped me and my family through some very difficult times. The relaxed and informal sessions were exactly what we needed. I'm not addicted to alcohol, but... If you even think your alcohol consumption might be a bit of a problem or you'd like to 'just drink less' or maybe give up completely... Speak to Liz. I felt like I might be alcohol dependent, but just for a few drinks. It was hardly a health issue, but I was curious as to why I thought it was a 'bit of an issue'. Part of me would like to ditch that last bit of social drinking (with a meal). Part of me wanted to still enjoy a glass. Liz used a new approach with me. As a therapist/coach myself I had to park that part of my brain so I could get the true benefit. The session was fab. I enjoyed it. Liz was a true professional, although I dunno what she did, but I feel like I have much more clarity about drinking and how I developed the habit and if I want to give up completely or not. Other things seem to have shifted or be shifting, even though we didn't actually discuss them. Fab session. Highly recommend working with Liz.

I would highly recommend Liz after she successfully treated my daughter who had a severe dog phobia which was dominating her life. After just one session of BWRT with Liz, she was confident to walk past dogs, stroke dogs and generally not worry about them at all. Two years later she is still fine. Liz was friendly and put her at her ease. Thank you.
