Lisa has an amazing way of getting you to think in a different way. I am not someone who would usually think that tapping would be effective therapy, but omg it is truly powerful. Open your mind and allow Lisa to work her magic. I can't wait for Lisa's retreat in October where I have know I will definitely benefit from the line up of activities that are planned.

I thoroughly enjoyed my EFT group session with Lisa. Since then I have used the tapping techniques she taught us on a few occasions and do think it helped me. I would highly recommend Lisa, she is very approachable and explains everything so well. Thank you Lisa

I have attended two of Lisa's retreats now and both were amazing. I don't really know what I expected when I attended the first session in October, but I came away with my mind blown and a whole tribe of new beautiful friends. The second session did not disappoint. Truly transformational. Lisa herself is amazing, warm, honest....and this is reflected in the people she gathers around her. Don't think twice about joining a session....you won't regret it.

I've known Lisa for a few months now and have always found her to be very personable and easy to talk to. She is passionate about what she does and clearly loves helping people. She did a ten minute team talk at one of my Non League Networking lunches and had everyone engaged and we all took something from it. Definitely would recommend her to anyone.

I just wanted to thank Lisa for her support and caring attitude in supporting me to unravel some beliefs and to quieten my anxiety which is now firmly under control thanks to Lisa holding space for me to do the tapping and release my fears and calm my anxiety. I have gone a few weeks without an anxiety attack and I was getting a few attacks daily. If I feel I’m worrying I just tap before it reaches an anxiety attack. Thank you so much. EFT really works and Lisa is just lovely to work with she truly listens and then gets you tapping to release that what you have been holding on to for far too long.
