I couldn't recommend Paul enough as therapist. I've not gone through therapy before, but I found Paul engaging and approachable. Almost like talking to a friend over coffee, but with a really nice way of pushing and challenging preconceived ideas.

Paul is outstanding, from the first session he put my nerves right at ease and was able to push me forward when appropriate but would also hold back and bring the session back down to earth before things got to be too much. He challenged my negative self-image and truly helped me through and guided me out the other side. we could have a laugh and still get down to the core of the issues in the same session. Paul does take a holistic approach and never once tried to diagnose me with anything but instead just helped me through the challenges I was facing, he has truly helped me and I will always be grateful that he was there for me during a time i needed the help

Having sought a therapist for sometime, I met with Paul online and we made an instant connection - he was welcoming, warm and empathic towards my emotional sensitivities. Throughout our sessions together, I have found Paul to be professional, dedicated and very knowledgeable about various life stressors, both complex issues and light-hearted grievances. If you are looking for an approachable, kind and compassionate therapist, look no further than Paul Linger.

I have always been a bit afraid of seeking therapy because i have had bad experiences with it but after a long time of consideration, I decided to give it another try. I was in a very bad mental place and got in contact with Paul as my therapist. He has helped me work through many difficult situations and emotions and I couldn't be more grateful that i started therapy. Paul was always very professional and considerate and made sure we takle the problems at a pace that i felt comfortable with, while also challenging me to grow as a person. Paul has been my therapist for a little more than half a year now and I am already in a much better place and feel like I can take on life again. If i could give him more stars I would. So if you are indecisive if you should start therapy - I would tell you to at least give Paul a try. It is very worth it!

I Cannot recommend Paul enough. I had tried counselling before and thought it wasn’t for me. I now realise that finding the right counsellor makes all the difference. I went to see Paul when I felt I was no longer able to cope and everything in my life was going wrong. I couldn’t understand why. Paul was very incisive in identifying the issues. My sessions with him have not only helped me gain an understanding of my habits and patterns but also given me the tools to break the bad habits and understand what is important. As a result I feel in control, grounded and confident in all parts of my life and most importantly, I feel capable of moving forward in my life. Thanks Paul for helping me realise my full potential.

Paul has worked incredibly hard to be in a position to help others, he comes highly recommended by me and others I know who have had the pleasure of working alongside him.
