Lou was professional, welcoming and knew her stuff! She was spot on about my issues and very forthcoming about ways to help. I felt thoroughly lighter and less anxious after my appointment. It was such a release.

Had a truly magical experience with Lou. She was calming, gentle and reassuring during my Reiki appointment and really put me at ease regarding my worries. I began seeing Lou after seeking something alternative rather than medication for severe anxiety and panic attacks that suddenly developed within me .
I struggled with leaving my house as this was my safe place .
I researched reiki and came across Lou after some recommendations to see her .
Even better for me Lou would come to my home which was perfect.
My therapy with Lou has been a journey that’s been truly amazing within my healing . It’s been emotional , relaxing and a better understanding of me . My well-being my emotional state and anxiety has hugely improved. I almost feel healed .
I’m continuing to see Lou every 3 weeks to maintain my well being , but also now it’s a therapy that I hugely look forward to as it gives me deep relaxation and timeout just for me .
Reiki is something I would never of imagined having or knowing much about it . I hugely recommend it for a sense of well-being in our daily lives .
Thankyou Lou you truly are a very spiritual healing lady and I’m so glad I’ve met you ,and will be continuing my therapy with you ❤️🙏

I have been on my reiki journey with Louise for a few years now. Louise is so welcoming, she’s so inspiring, and very devoted towards helping out. I have been diagnosed with complex mental health, additional needs, and I have had a very complicated journey throughout my life. Louise has, and is helping me with my self love journey, and self healing. I feel so calm, free, and I honestly do feel her reiki flowing all over my body.. I have gained more confidence in myself. Louise has helped me in so many ways, and I appreciate her so much for all of her time. I do highly recommend Louise, she’s the most amazing soul I know. 💫I had a session with Lou dealing with grief and loss. What can I say, an amazing experience which left me feeling considerably lighter and much more "myself" than I did before. I’ve been wanting to write this for a while but struggled to find the words to describe it. I had a lovely (yet bizarre in a good way) experience with Lou. I went into the appointment really open minded and i think that allowed me to open up to Lou’s vibes and what was being done. It was super relaxing, i felt things I’d never felt before and also feelings I thought I’d buried. The whole experience was beautiful and Lou makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. If you’re doubting trying it.. do it!!! Thanks so much lovely lady, I will be back xxx
