Tasha has a really engaging and warm delivery style and her workshop received amazing feedback from our teams. She managed to create immediate connection with the audience even on a large webinar and we all came away feeling more positive, hopeful and armed with useful tools.

Tasha recently delivered a segment of our Workplace Wellbeing webinar, and her presentation was engaging, insightful, and thoroughly enjoyable. With strategies that people could make use of right away, it was a thought-provoking insight into the world of NLP, and after the presentation, Tash was able to answer the many questions which came her way with authority. I would recommend Tasha to anyone needing an engaging, knowledgeable and expert speaker about NLP and associated topics.

Tasha has done a variety of NLP / mental wellbeing sessions for me - including webinars to employees and clients. She's an excellent speaker and is great at getting everyone engaged, even in a virtual environment. In some of the sessions, she's given us tips on how to manage stress and she created a self-care check-list for us to send to our employees, which really gave people something tangible to use and to focus on. I would highly recommend!

Tasha has been instrumental in helping me transform my life. We meet up regularly to discuss various issues and she's helped me identify and reach personal as well as professional goals. Through a friendly and infectiously positive approach I felt the benefits straight away and I fully intend to check in with her regularly moving forward. Honestly it feels like having an ace up my sleeve for whatever life throws at me!

I had several sessions with Tasha earlier this year. She’s a lovely person and made me really comfortable in the sessions. The sessions were really informative and I always came away with a good action Plan of how to implement what we had discussed in real life. I definitely feel much more confident in my work and personal life because of this.

Tasha is an outstanding professional who combines an excellent and perceptive grasp of people's difficulties very quickly, with great empathy and understanding. She also always does exactly what she says she will do, on time every time. Someone also who has experienced major trauma herself and come through as an inpsiration to so many others.

When being told you have Cancer you world seems to fall apart, going from a normal everyday one to one of turmoil and what do I do now. Having to share this with the Chairman of whom I work for, after his initial shock he said Gary, I know just the person you need to speak to, someone who’s been there and wow after meeting Tasha my way of thinking and dealing with it changed immediately. Away she took my negative thoughts and replacing them with so much positivity my mind was all go again, together we worked through my chemotherapy and my 1st scan results which told me my C was reducing, I never thought or knew how I was going to deal with all of this, support from my family and friends was immense and Tasha, well that’s been something else, you go from never understanding what counselling and talking to someone is all about and then when forced on you, you just realise and thank your lucky stars there are angels out there and Tasha has been mine. I still have a long way to go and will never get carried away with the thought I’m through the worse, someone wouldn’t let me and you all know who that person is Thank you Tasha
