At first I didn't want to leave a review for the sake of exposing myself in going to therapy but that would be a disservice to Laura's amazing work.

I approached Laura during a difficult time in my life, I was confused, hurting and lost.

Laura was able to hold space for me to vent, encourage me to feel my feelings (something I was bad at) and also challenge me and my beliefs in a healthy constructive way. All these skills helped me massively in understanding my feelings, trauma and myself.

Her knowledge and guidance was exactly what I needed and I felt like she was the right person for me and helped me become a much happier, better version of myself.

She celebrated my wins in a heartfelt way and guided me through my losses to come back better.

It's been an honour to work with her. I am truly grateful we crossed paths.
