Julie was brilliant at helping me deal with a damaging habit, recognising where it came from and why it had formed. We used EMDR therapy, which I had heard about vaguely, and was unsure of the efficacy of; but it really did help me to uncover patterns of thought and behaviour that I had previous not realised about myself. I am delighted to have been able to have counselling with Julie; I can't recommend her highly enough.

From feeling lost, down, hopeless & suffering from severe depression I find talking to Julie to be the most beneficial thing I have done. I have learnt through Julie explaining in such a way to me that I can understand my depression & indeed move on from it. After each session with Julie, I’m feeling so much better & often come away with a sense of moving forward.. I cannot recommend Julie highly enough. She gives a real sense of compassion with great understanding & gives her all. I’d give more than 5* to her.

I booked to speak with Julie following a string of unhealthy relationships, instantly I was made to feel comfortable, listened to and valued. Julie was able to give me tools to use going forward and used terminology and analogies I could understand. I look forward to my sessions and always feel like I take something valuable away with me. Could not recommend higher.

I lost my son and sometimes I couldn’t breathe the pain was so deep that life became so difficult, my heart was well and truly broken. After having EMDR with Julie and talking and being heard I am learning to move forward and ways to cope without my beautiful boy and helping my grandchildren and daughter in law to build a new life. I can not speak highly enough of Julie, her compassion and commitment amazed me and she truly is a life saver.
