The possibility of attending a retreat hadn’t even crossed my mind until I contacted Julie about something completely different.
Julie asked if it might be something I would be interested in, and for some reason my response was a near-immediate ‘yes’.
I really did not know what to expect as I had never attended a retreat before. However, the experience of working with Julie and the other wonderful participants has been so valuable to me. The spectacular Welsh countryside was an ideal setting to do this intense and beautifully healing energy work, and Julie was the perfect facilitator. She made me feel immediately at ease with her calm and compassionate manner and realistic outlook. I learned and healed so much over the course of the weekend. I’m so glad I took the leap!

A very special weekend of healing, reflection, insights and connection.
The setting was beautiful and Julie created a safe and caring container for the participants to experience what they needed to over the two days.
As a group, we bonded and supported one another and have continued to do so after the weekend. Julie is a wonderful facilitator, guide and healer. Her authenticity, humour and ability to attune to the needs of the group participants ensured we all had the best possible experience of energy healing for our individual and unique journeys.

Julie is a natural empath and intuitive person. I am always apprehensive about allowing unknown therapists to work with me. I felt very drawn to Julie and am so glad I followed my intuition. After 1 session I could feel the benifits. We discussed what had been highlighted to her during the session, she was spot on. I would definitely recommend Julie to anyone seeking to help them find answers to any health issues they may be experiencing.

I have had a few hands on sessions with Julie over the last few years and always felt better afterwards . This morning I had a distanced session which was mind blowing ! How on earth she managed to perform such a magical Experience I’ll never know , but I am a new woman . Something very profound happened and a massive cloud of doom has lifted .
